Sir Robert McLeod
Sir Robert has deep governance experience, outstanding financial skills and extensive iwi connections. He was the Oceania CEO/Managing Partner for the international accounting practice of EY and, more latterly, EY New Zealand Chair. He is currently Chair at Nati Growth Limited and Sanford Limited. He is also a Director of China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited, AZSTA NZ Limited, MSJS NZ Limited, Point 76 Limited, Singita Holdings and several privately-owned family-related entities. He is a director of Ports of Tauranga and formerly chair of Quayside Holdings Limited
Sir Robert has been a past Board Member at ANZ National Bank, Tainui Group Holdings, Sky City Entertainment Group and Telecom. He is a past chairman of MoanaLtd, Sealord Group Limited, and a commissioner of the Waitangi Fisheries Commission.
He has chaired and been a member of several Government Tax Task Forces and was the past chairman of the New Zealand Business Roundtable.
Sir Robert was appointed Knight Companion of the NZ Order of Merit.

Dean Moana
Dean is a Chartered Accountant Fellow (FCA) and has a decorated career in the seafood industry across commercial and customary fishing sectors, in both governance and management positions. He was in the senior leadership team and now a Director on Aotearoa Fisheries Ltd (now trading as Moana NZ) and previously Chief Executive of Prepared Foods Limited and Managing Director of Prepack Ltd.
Dean has extensive governance experience and currently serves on a number of Ngāti Porou and Iwi Partnership Boards including, Chair Ngā Hapū o Ngā Rohe o Ngāti Porou Takutai Trusts, Deputy Chair of Nati Growth Ltd and Chairs subsidiaries Ngāti Porou Seafoods Limited and Akaroa Salmon NZ Limited.
Dean represents Ngāti Porou on the Iwi Collective Partnership and Port Nicholson GP Ltd. He is a director of two Crown Research Institutes, NZ Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd and NIWA Research Limited and on the boards of Asure Quality Limited, BV-AQ (Singapore) Holdings PTE Limited and the NZ Food & Beverage Group.
Dean is also a Director on Te Ohu Kaimoana.

Ngarangi Bidois

Ngarangi is a Chartered Accountant of almost 30 years having worked and studied internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, where she majored in Accountancy, and has furthered her education at the London School of Economics, studying Corporate Finance.
Since settling in Turanganui-a-kiwa, Ngarangi has held several positions for Te Runanga o Ngati Porou including the General Manager for Ngati Porou Seafoods Ltd overseeing the settlement of the Fisheries Assets for Ngati Porou and after a few years raising her young children, returned to Te Runanga o Ngati Porou as Finance Manager. During this time Ngarangi has also held several directorships and governance positions, including Trustee for Te Rimu Trust, Trust Tairawhiti and Turitaka Trust, as well as the Independent Chair Audit & Risk Committee for Tāmanuhiri Tūtū Poroporo Trust.
Ngarangi has a passion for Maori business, supporting them to improve their financial capability and encouraging Maori self-employment.

Bobbi Morice

Bobbi is in her second term on the board. She and her husband have been operating their Ruatoria Pie Business for 20 years. She has worked as a business mentor for Maori Womens Development Inc and Te Puni Kokiri.
Bobbi’s varied experience provides valuable perspective to boards, setting vision, goals and strategies that produce the best possible business result. She is a visionary leader of building business from the ground up, a staunch grassroots person and cares deeply about the wellbeing of whanau, hapu and Iwi.

Michael Crawford
Michael is an experienced purpose driven director. He has 40 years of diverse business experience across a wide range of sectors.
Current governance roles include Treasury Risk & Audit, Tātau Tātau O te Wairoa Commercial, Te Nehenehenui Trust Group Investment Committee (Maniapoto), Wai Kōkopu Inc (catchment and estuary restoration), South Waikato Investment Fund, and a number of property and construction roles.
He has a strong financial background with robust turnaround experience and experience in dairy, horticulture, international trade and retail.
He is a Chartered Accountant, an enrolled Barrister & Solicitor. and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.

Bailey Mackey
Bailey is an entrepreneur and the CEO of Pango Productions content company. Bailey is the current deputy chair of NZ Rugby and sits on the NZ Rugby Commercial board and SANZAAR. He was appointed to the Prime Minister's Business Advisory Council in 2019 and in 2017, he was named Māori Entrepreneur of the Year.
Associate Director
Bronson Marshall
Bronson was raised in Te Tairāwhiti and has whakapapa from Ngāti Porou, Te Ātihaunui-a-Pāpārangi, and Ngāti Rangi. He serves as the Investment Director for the Māori Investment team at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise in Auckland. His previous experience includes roles at KPMG, GSMA in London, Spark, and Audit NZ.
As a chartered accountant, Bronson holds a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and commercial law from Victoria University. He has also served as a board observer for NZX-listed Rua Bioscience, based in Ruatorea.
