Our Global Journey

At its core is Mānuka, internationally recognised for its powerful restorative properties. Te Ihi leverages this natural advantage through a growing portfolio of high-value, plant-based wellness solutions spanning advanced wound care, skin health, and an expanding pet care range. Developed with both efficacy and scalability in mind, these products are positioned to meet rising global demand for clean, traceable, and purpose-led health solutions.

Te Ihi’s strength lies not only in its formulations, but in its fully integrated story — from Ngāti Porou whenua to finished product. Environmental stewardship, sustainable sourcing, and intergenerational wellbeing are embedded throughout the supply chain, delivering the level of provenance and authenticity increasingly required by international regulators, partners, and consumers alike.

Te Ihi is actively progressing global market entry, engaging on the international stage through targeted trade events, industry showcases, and strategic relationship-building across key export markets, including the UAE, Asia, and Europe. These efforts are laying the foundation for distribution partnerships and positioning Te Ihi as a credible, premium New Zealand wellness brand with strong differentiation.

Te Ihi is entering global markets with clarity and confidence — combining cultural depth, scientific validation, and export readiness to deliver a compelling proposition for partners and consumers worldwide.

Te Ihi Wellness welcomed a special visit from New Zealand’s Trade Minister at Food & Hospitality Asia 2026, as he stopped by the stand en route to India for the signing of a free trade agreement. The visit coincided with the presence of Aravinda Subramaniyan, a prospective customer representing an Indian company exploring partnership opportunities with Te Ihi Wellness.
