Rugby Legends Touch Down in Tairāwhiti - Welcomed at Waikanae Beach Cafe

Waikanae Beach Café was proud to welcome the Classic All Blacks for breakfast before they took to the field against Poverty Bay in a special match celebrating the opening of the new grandstand at Rugby Park in Gisborne.

Later that day, the Classic All Blacks showcased their trademark skill and experience, defeating Poverty Bay 55–26 in front of an appreciative crowd.

Hosting the team was a fantastic opportunity for Waikanae Beach Café to showcase its great food and warm hospitality. Whether it's a sports team, tour group, community organisation, or special event, the café welcomes group bookings and can cater for breakfasts, lunches and functions.
