Celebrating Sir Rob McLeod - 2026 New Zealand Business Hall of Fame Laureate
We are proud to celebrate Nāti Growth Chair, Sir Rob McLeod (KNZM) on his induction into the New Zealand Business Hall of Fame as a 2026 Laureate at the Gala Dinner on Thursday 6 August.
Sir Rob has made an extraordinary contribution over a career spanning business, governance, public policy and Māori economic development. His leadership has included guiding some of New Zealand’s leading organisations, contributing to the development of national tax policy and serving as Chief Negotiator for the Ngati Porou Treaty Settlement. His induction into the New Zealand Business Hall of Fame recognises not only his achievements in business, but also a lifetime of leadership and contribution to communities across Aotearoa.
For Nāti Growth, we are privileged to have Sir Rob’s experience and leadership around our board table as we continue to grow and create opportunities for Ngati Porou.

Te Ihi Named a Finalist in the 2026 Best Design Awards
We’re proud to celebrate Te Ihi, which has been named a finalist in the Small Brand Identity category at the 2026 New Zealand Best Design Awards.
Rooted in the remote forests of the East Coast, Te Ihi is a premium wellness brand bringing New Zealand mānuka honey from a remote and remarkable part of Aotearoa to the world.
The recognition celebrates the strength of the Te Ihi brand identity and the story it carries, brought to life in partnership with design agency Iceberg.
It’s another exciting milestone for Te Ihi as the brand continues to grow its presence both here in Aotearoa and internationally.
Supporting our NPEC Kaupoi and Hamoterangi
Nāti Growth, Te Rūnanganui o Ngati Porou and Toitū Ngati Porou are proud to be supporting our NPEC Kaupoi and Hamoterangi teams this season.
We were out at Whakarua Park for the first home game of the season, connecting with Ngati Porou whanau and supporting our Kaupoi as they took on South Canterbury in Round 1 of the Heartland Hilux Championship.
It was a beautiful day to be out amongst our people, with plenty of giveaways, prizes and rugby action. A big mihi to everyone who came over to see us and congratulations to all our winners!
We’ll be back at Whakarua Park on 29 August with hot chocolate, more prizes and giveaways.

Maunga Hikurangi Tours - Lambing Season Closure
Lambing season is nearly here, which means it’s time to give our newest arrivals and their mums some space.
The Maunga Hikurangi track and tours will be closed from Monday 14 September to Friday 16 October while lambing takes place across Pakihiroa Station.
Tours will resume following the closure. If you’re planning a visit to Maunga Hikurangi, please keep these dates in mind when making your plans.
